RULES
1. Membership runs from the date of joining to 31st December that year
2. All competitors compete at their own risk
3. The judge’s decision is final. Video evidence not accepted.
4. Hard hats with Current kite mark and chin straps must be worn at all times whilst mounted (fastened).
5. Riders must be astride the horse/pony when crossing the finish line in the Gymkhana.
6. Any objection is to be lodged with the show secretary and must be accompanied by £20 which will be returned if the complaint is upheld.
7. No responsibility for loss, damage or injury to horse/pony, rider, spectator or property will be accepted by the organizers of ODRC.
8. No persons other than the show officials are allowed in the ring.
9. The Committee reserves the right to alter, modify, reduce, amalgamate, cancel or make any other alterations to classes without notice.
10. Competitors cannot enter any other jumping class in Ring 1 if they jump in classes 8 or 9.
11. CORRECT RIDING ATTIRE MUST BE WORN IN RING 1 AND RING 2. LONG SLEEVES & CORRECT FOOTWEAR IN GYMKHANA RING ONLY.
12. A charge of £2.00 per competitor per day will be made to cover the cost of First Aid Cover.
13. SPECIAL NOTICE: Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult on the showground.
14. ALL DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP AROUND HORSEBOXES/TRAILERS AS WE HAVE TO CLEAR THE SHOW FIELD AT THE END OF DAY IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. NO MUCKING OUT HORSEBOXES/TRAILERS ON SITE.
15. MEMBERSHIP FEES: Early bird membership prices until March 31st
SINGLE £10.00 FAMILY £25.00 consisting of 4 members
After 1st April: SINGLE £15.00 FAMILY £30.00
